Reflexology…Hands, feet and EARS $45.00
(45 minutes)
It is a proven medical
fact that many of the body’s physical conditions can be
identified and altered by the manipulation of certain points on
the feet and hands. Reflexology is also recommended for those
with sensitive skin conditions. Although some relief is
immediate, most body responses come within 12 to 24 hours.
Soft tissue/
RELAXATION massage…
$30 to $90
This is
your most basic massage. Shiatsu allows for some attention to
pressure points and stimulation of trigger points to help reduce
tension in some specific areas. Recommended when all you desire
is a tension/ stress relieving and relaxing massage. Body
response is immediate and can be done 2-3 times a week to
increase overall muscle relaxation and flexibility.
Hot Stone
Therapy $52,$85 & $110
(45, 75 & 100 MINUTES)
“Once you go stone, you leave the
others alone”. This is a staff favorite. Hot stones are used
like an ultrasound to radiate heat deep into muscle tissue, and
then it’s spread throughout the parts of the body being worked.
Awesome when used with aromatherapy. Drink plenty of water for
this one. Recommended for anyone wanting the ultimate in relief
and relaxation. Body response is immediate and you may bask in
the afterglow for a day or
two.
great tips
for a great
massage.
1.HYDRATE...
Before
and after your massage, drink plenty of water. The Body will be
getting rid of a lot of toxins and impurities that have been
trapped in your skin and muscles. These toxins can actually make
you feel sick and sorer, if they aren’t flushed out.
2.SUPPORT...
Bring
support. If you feel uncomfortable with the process, a spouse or
friend is always welcome to observe. Whatever you do to help you
to relax.
3.COMFORT...
Wear
as little or as much as you are comfortable with. Note: The more
you wear the less effective the massage. Only the part of the body
being worked on is exposed.
4.RELAX-
RELAX–RELAX...
Enjoy the music, and the tension release. And feel free to let us
know how you’re feeling. If there is too much or little pressure.
Our goal is your wellness.
5.ESCAPE...|
TURN
OFF THE CELL PHONE! This is your time to do #4.
